I have more than 15 years of experience in various HR tasks. I have worked as an HR expert, project manager, HR manager, HR Business Partner, supervisor and member of the HR management team. I have extensive expertise in the different areas of personnel work and an understanding of how they can be improved with the help of technology to support the operations of organizations.

I like working with others and by nature I am positive and approachable. I have been told that I know how to inspire and get people involved in thinking about working solutions for a common goal. I use modern working methods and, for example, I implement virtual workshops with the help of Miro. Because of my systematic and practical close approach, I make sure that projects progress according to their goals and that everyone knows what to aim for.
